I love touring wedding venues throughout Oregon and Washington! It's a great opportunity for me to get to know the venue before a wedding. Then I can share new, upcoming, intimate and unique venues with all of you! My recent explorations took me to Gorges Beer Company in Cascade Locks, OR where I took a tour with their owner, Travis and general manager, Kelli (who just happens to be a past client of mine!).

Weather that day: Sunny with clouds

Kelli knowing I love a good old fashioned, made me her special Passion Fruit Old Fashioned. Made with mango simple syrup, made in-house, orange and aeromatic bitters, and Old Crow tea infused whiskey. Yum!

According to their website, the creators of Gorges Beer Company came together in 2019 with big dreams about changing the way people drink beer in cascade locks. They opened their doors on July 14th, 2021. Visitors can explore their three stories, two open-air patios, and hilltop event space. Not to mention the sweeping views of the Columbia River Gorge and Cascade Mountain range.

Photo Highlights:

The amazing views around the venue are just picturesque. The Columbia River Gorge is beautiful alone and then right across from the venue you have the Cascade Mountain range. There is also a large mural just next door, and only a block away another unquie view point photo op spot with the mountains in the background.

Other Cool Features:

Custom beer program! Brew a beer just for your wedding. Their smaller spaces would make a great option for your wedding rehearsal dinner, even if you are getting married some where else close by, like Skamania Lodge. The Columbia Gorge Inn in just right next store. And they are pet friendly!!!
